Lowfat cheese omelet
I like to make a cheese omelet for breakfast, but that is way too fattening for me so this is how I handle it. I use one egg and three egg whites. For the cheese I use shredded fat free cheddar cheese. I spray the pan with pam instead of using butter or oil. What comes out is tasty yet low in calories and fat. You can add onions or other vegetables according to your taste. It is definitely worth a try if your goal is to lose weight. And if you are on the Weight Watcher program, it is only three points for the whole thing. Not bad, right?
