Wow, when they said it would be hot this weekend, I didn't expect it would be this hot. It was quite a feat sitting in the sun for hours both on Saturday and Sunday at Justin's little league game. At least we have a lot of friends on the team so spending time with the other parents makes the time pass really quickly.
On the bright side, we are all becoming quite tan sitting in the sun at game after game this season - even Justin who naturally has the whitest complexion of any kid I know.
At least after the game today Justin got to go swimming for the first time this season. (Thanks for having us over, Bren).
And tomorrow evening where do you think we are going - that's right - another little league game! Oh well, it's hot but at least the kids are having fun.
All that sun this weekend knocked me out. I think I will be calling it an early night tonight. Tomorrow's another day.
