Father's day dinner

Well, we are off to celebrate Walter's and my brother-in law Sals, Father's day with a delicious dinner at the Spare Rib. There is one dish in particular that Walter loves at that place so it seems appropriate that we go. We find it is always best to go a day before the actual holiday as it is less crowded.
